Peach Sour

Peach and blood orange over rum, cognac and jasmine, finishing on vanilla and tonka bean.

Ripe peach, blood orange and cardamom come first, with a spiced edge. Rum, cognac and jasmine deepen the heart, giving the fruit a dark, resinous body.
