What to include when you write to us

For a faster reply, please send your order number or the oil code, and, for any problem with an order, clear photos. Problems with an order should be reported within 7 days of delivery; see our Refund and Returns Policy.

Larger quantities and showroom visits

For quantities beyond those listed on the website, call or message us with the oil code and the quantity in grams. You are welcome to visit the showroom to smell the oils; no appointment is needed, but for large quantities we recommend letting us know in advance.
