1. Who we are

This website, www.perfumerysolutions.com, is operated by Perfumery Solutions, Aswaq 8, Al Qusais Industrial Area 5, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We have been supplying perfume oils since 1997. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Perfumery Solutions, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our products

We sell perfume oils by net weight (10 g, 25 g, 50 g, 100 g, 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg and 5 kg). Larger quantities are arranged by phone or at our showroom.

Our oils are concentrated perfume oils inspired by well-known scent profiles. They are not the branded perfumes themselves, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand or fragrance house. A similar scent profile does not imply any commercial relationship.
We describe each oil as accurately as we can. Colours and images may vary slightly from your screen, and a perfume smells different on each person's skin.
Oils are concentrated aromatic materials, so a slight difference in colour or intensity can occur between batches.

3. Safe use

Our oils are for external use only. Test a small amount on a small area of skin before first use, avoid eyes, mucous membranes and irritated skin, keep out of reach of children, and do not swallow. Stop using an oil if irritation occurs. A Safety Data Sheet and ingredient list are available on request. You are responsible for choosing a product that is suitable for you and for using it as directed.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order.
We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if there is a clear pricing or description error, if a product is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if we cannot ship to your destination.
Please check your order details and delivery address before paying.

6. Payment

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Prices are charged in AED. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship across the UAE, the GCC and worldwide. Costs, timing, customs and other conditions are in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Because perfume oils are weighed to order and applied to the skin, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns of opened oils. If we send the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged or leaking, report it within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right at our cost. You can cancel for a full refund before your order is packed. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable UAE consumer protection law.

9. Larger quantities

Orders for larger quantities that we arrange directly with you follow what is agreed in writing at the time of the order. These terms apply to them wherever the written agreement is silent.

10. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this website (text, product descriptions, images, layout, logos and the Perfumery Solutions and «الحلول العطرية» names) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: do not attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it for unlawful purposes or to submit false orders.

13. Our liability

We take care to provide accurate information and products of consistent quality, but we do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site when you place your order applies to that order.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
