Soft Courage

Black and pink pepper with ginger and rum, spiced through the heart, ending on bay leaf.

For autumn and winter gatherings, this is a peppery oil with a full spice cabinet behind it. Ginger and rum start the oil, then black pepper, pink pepper, cinnamon and clove take the heart, with nutmeg and coriander seed filling in. Bay leaf and woody notes finish it with a green, even steadiness. Moderate in projection, it suits men and women at formal and special evenings. Pure and free of alcohol, Soft Courage is sold by the weight you order.
