Ambergris and ylang-ylang open the oil with a salty, creamy bloom, and cedarwood adds a crisp edge. Guaiac wood and Gurjun balsam make the heart smoky and balsamic. Benzoin, vanilla and opoponax close the base in a thick amber sweetness. Strong projection and a long, resinous finish suit autumn and winter evenings and formal or special occasions, on men and women. Containing no alcohol, Shooting Star is pure oriental oil sold by net weight.
