Vetiver is the foundation of this dark, spiced and quietly aromatic woody. Kumquat, saffron and cardamom start the oil with a tangy, golden spice, incense, carrot seed and jasmine sambac make a rich, resinous heart, and vetiver, ebony, papyrus and suede close the base. Moderate in projection, it carries men and women through autumn and winter days at work and into the evening. Gilded Charcoal is pure woody oil, free of alcohol, sold by net weight.
