Apple and bergamot over damask rose and iris, resting on benzoin, amber and patchouli.
Apple, petitgrain and bergamot start fresh and slightly bitter. Damask rose, tulip and iris form a powdery floral heart, with ambergris and vanilla lending depth. Benzoin, amber and patchouli build the chypre base, joined by musk, Virginia cedar and oud. Its moderate projection is easy to place: a formal dinner or a special evening in autumn or winter, on a man or a woman. Sold by net weight, Citadel Amber is a pure oil without alcohol.
