Rosewood, lavender and birch open the oil with a crisp, aromatic lift, sharpened by angelica. Geranium, rose, freesia and jasmine make a bright floral heart. The base is richly layered: oud and guaiac wood, labdanum, patchouli and amber, with leather, sandalwood and frankincense. A layered oriental for men and women, it leaves a strong trail at formal occasions and on autumn and winter evenings. This oriental oil, Amber Pavilion, is pure, alcohol-free and sold by weight.
